About the role:

We’re looking for a very organized, driven, detail-focused Producer to join our fast-growing company. You’ll have the opportunity to spearhead the logistics, coordination and production for all of our shows, and play an instrumental part in the continued growth and success of audiochuck.

In the Producer, you’ll get to:
  • Ensure your shows are on schedule. Can you see yourself coordinating schedules, collaborating with others, and managing the logistics of shows? If you’re excited by managing multiple projects simultaneously, and taking charge of hitting deadlines, then this opportunity might be the right fit for you.
  • Manage your shows to perfection. You will be the point person on your assigned shows and will be accountable for critical elements such as creating the show playbook and pronunciation guide. Ultimately, making sure the show is being recorded, edited and distributed at the high level audiochuck fans have come to love and expect.
  • Flawlessly execute the launch of new and present shows. On average, we have about one new show launch every month. As the Producer, you’ll work with virtually every internal department and multiple external partners to ensure shows are launched and ready to play across all major podcast platforms, simultaneously, on launch day! This is no small feat and requires a great deal of organization, timeliness and coordination.
  • Be the bridge between our show partners and Audiochuck. As the Producer, you’ll have the opportunity to be the point person for our show partners such as show hosts, editors, and other external partners that support the creation of our shows.
  • Join our family-like team. Our team is more like a work family, and we’re eager to find our next person. As the Producer, you’ll be a member of the Production team, and will play a vital role in the on-going success of audiochuck.

  • Proven ability to manage projects and deadlines with multiple parties involved
  • Experience working with internal employees and external partners simultaneously to achieve a common goal or objective
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in TV, radio, news, or other types of media
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or is preferred

  • 3+ years in the media industry working as Producer or Executive Producer

About this role:

The Brand Manager helps carve the path to the future of entertainment by organizing and coordinating all promotional processes and campaign items outlined in the overall marketing strategy for the emerging media brands they manage. They work closely with all internal and external teams to ensure goals and deadlines are met. The Brand Manager not only is responsible for the launch of new shows but is proactive in ensuring performance is continually improving by monitoring and re-engaging ongoing shows.

In this role, you’ll get to:
  • Work closely with a wide range of platforms such as Apple and Spotify to negotiate and secure top placements for active and upcoming shows
  • From planning to asset management across all internal and external teams– make sure all actionable items are completed within a specified timeframe. This includes, but is not limited to digital and traditional ad creative and supporting copy, audio deliverables, email announcements, imagery and videography
  • Help launch new IP and media by participating in the brand and marketing development process and working with internal and external teams to execute show launch campaigns and ensuring the health of existing and returning podcast series
  • Monitor brand consistency across all formats for brands managed. Proactively ensure that creative, messaging, language and voice are consistent across streaming platforms and associated marketing channels where audiochuck content exists
  • Communicate and collaborate with other networks to identify opportunities and see opportunities through to end
  • Research and provide insights and recommendations on how marketing can support achievement of established goals
  • Multi-task with a high degree of time management and organizational skills to coordinate and look ahead and manage client and internal needs with precision planning
  • Monitor and evaluate past and current data to leverage and improve future show performance
  • Track and manage the campaign and show launch development process and their associated tasks
  • Manage and participate a variety of projects assigned to you while working closely with internal teams, hosts and agencies
  • Secure internal and external marketing approvals

You’re the ideal candidate if you have at least three years of experience managing the internal and external execution of multiple high-stake campaigns in a fast-paced setting. Can balance and align the strategic vision and coordinate the process and details associated with seeing those visions come to fruition. You can manage multiple social media channels in a very fast paced business environment. You enjoy and are efficient with writing copy, creating and editing posts, and managing the scheduling and publishing of all social media posts.

These are the skills and background you’ll bring with you:
  • 3+ years managing multiple brands or client accounts
  • Proven track record in building partnerships and managing co-marketing opportunities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects implemented across multiple channels
  • Experience in planning, managing and implementing promotional campaigns and projects for multiple brands at the same time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, PR or related field
  • Able to work efficiently in both independent and collaborative settings
